How do I measure my doorway for a new door?
Measure the width and height of the door frame in three locations (top, middle, bottom) and use the smallest dimension. We recommend measuring the 'rough opening' if you are installing a pre-hung door.
What is the difference between a pre-hung door and a slab door?
A slab door is just the door itself without a frame or hinges, while a pre-hung door comes already mounted into a frame with hinges, making installation easier for new construction or total replacements.
How much does shipping cost for heavy exterior doors?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and your delivery zone. We offer flat-rate curbside delivery for all oversized items, and orders over $2,500 qualify for free shipping.
Can I return a door if it doesn't fit?
Standard-sized doors can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been cut, painted, or installed. Custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do your doors come with a warranty?
Yes, all our doors carry a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against warping, splitting, and material defects. Specific high-end fiberglass models include a lifetime limited warranty.
Do you offer professional installation services?
