Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the door is placed back in its original protective packaging and secured on the shipping pallet to prevent any damage during transit.
Schedule the Carrier
Once your request is approved, our specialized freight partner will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient curbside pickup time.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
